CANCELLATION PENALTIES (All cancellations must be received in writing by the trip participant):

<![if !vml]><![endif]>AC-Air Canada Airline tickets are non-refundable once issued. Tickets can be used for future credit with no change fee for up to one year from date of issue. Passenger is responsible for utilization penalty if cancelled after 95 days before travel. Legal name and TSA information is required prior to ticketing. Any name changes or corrections after tickets are issued is subject to a $200 change fee. No upgraded seats can be purchased on AC group tickets (including UA elite status). Air Canada reserves the right to change itineraries and schedules and/or cancel flights without notice. If a schedule change or cancellation of flight occurs, AC will automatically protect ticketed passengers. Unticketed passenger protection is subject to availability on alternate flights/carriers, however, not necessarily at the original fare booked. If the alternative is not acceptable, you may cancel without penalty.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Either party may terminate or suspend its obligations under this agreement to the other party if such obligations are delayed, prevented, or rendered impractical by the occurrence of any of the events listed, including but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, civil commotion, insurrection, act of God, pandemic, strikes, riot, pandemic, government action, travel restriction issued by a government agency provided that the party which is unable to perform its obligations provides notice to the other party as promptly as possible following the onset of such events or circumstances. In the event that such force majeure affects the group travel, either party may cancel all outstanding portions of the meeting without incurring any charges. Airline purchases if made are subject to each carriers policies for future credit or refund.
