On this link one person from each condo or hotel room will need to select and pay for their lodging choice. The person paying the lodging will be charged the deposit now as well as additional deposits/balance based on payment terms and will need to collect payment from their roommates if necessary. You will be asked to list roommates if known at checkout. If you do not have a roommate we will try to match you up however you may be required to pay the single supplement/entire room cost if you do not have a roommate based on the policy below:

Solo Traveler vs. Shared Room

Shared room (or Double Occupancy) means two (2) people. Double Occupancy travelers have a roommate when they first sign up and make their reservation. A solo traveler is a traveler that has no traveling companion or roommate at the time of reservation sign-up. As a solo traveler, you understand that you are required to pay the lodging cost of the unit. A travel companion/roommate is the sole responsibility of the solo traveler. It is not the responsibility of the NBS Western Region to assign, assure or confirm a roommate/traveling companion for any traveler, solo or otherwise. If, prior to final payment date, a double occupancy traveler, for whatever reason, decides to cancel their trip, the now solo (non-canceling party) will be responsible for paying the lodging cost of the unit unless the roommate is replaced.

All lodging packages will add lodging taxes and resort fees to the final pricing at check out. Pricing is based on when you sign up so we encourage you to reserve your lodging early for the lowest rates. Space is limited and we expect it to sell out quickly!
